The Lifestyles Fitness Suite is probably the best equipped and certainly the most competitively priced gymnasium in the area. After a programmed induction from one of the Centre's fully qualified instructors, members can "enjoy" more than 40 items of fitness equipment packed in to two air conditioned rooms. The equipment is always kept up to date and includes:

- 4 Cross Trainers
- 2 Steppers
- 8 Bikes
- 8 Individual Weight sets
- Free Weights
